Where will the training camp take place?

In 2025, the training camp will take place for the first time at the indoor boulodrome in Vrchlabí, Kino Kartonka, Vančurova Street.

Who is the training camp for?

  • Players who are interested in taking a major step to improve their pétanque.
  • The camp is suitable for those interested regardless of level and training experience.
  • The basics of the methodology are common, but we will tailor it to each player.
  • The approach is also highly individual due to the presence of a sufficient number of coaches.
  • CIEP reserves the right to reject some potential candidates.

What makes the CIEP method unique?

CIEP is the only teaching centre approved by the International Federation of Pétanque F.I.P.J.P. Its methodology deals with correct technique, court behaviour, psychology and tactics. CIEP uses its experience in cooperation with federations (preparatory training sessions for the national teams of Malaysia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan and others), in individual training sessions for players (in Sergines, France, or Únětice) and in the training of F.I.P.J.P. certified coaches and trainers.

Is it true that you're going to videotape us at the training camp?

Yes, part of the camp is to film each player's technique at the beginning and end of the internship, with a subsequent analysis that will allow you to become aware of many small things that are important to improve your game. In addition, a comparison video with detailed commentary (in the value of 185 EUR/ 4,675 CZK) will be made for each player approximately 3-4 weeks after the end of the camp and can be watched again at any time.

A detailed analysis of the technique, including commentary, will be available to you after the training camp.
How much does the training camp cost?

Four-day camp

540 EUR/person (13 500 CZK)

We know from our training camps in France that lunch often offers the most interesting debates and true friendships are formed.

Price includes 4 lunches including drinks, snacks on the playground during the day - fruit, coffee, tea, soft drinks

The price includes a video analysis of your gesture comparison at the beginning and in the end, which you will receive after the training camp (the video analysis is worth 185 EUR/4,675 CZK).

Accommodation

Participants are responsible for accommodation individually. We remind enthusiastic skiers that Vrchlabí is right next to Špindlerův Mlýn, the only ski centre in the Czech Republic where the FIS World Cup is held.

In which language will the camp take place?

Depending on the composition of the participants, the internship will take place in Czech, French, English or Spanish.

When do I have to register?

The training camp usually fills up very quickly. For the year 2025 we expect an increased interest from foreign players. Therefore, do not hesitate to apply, the number of places is limited.
